3. Hotel reservations will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis. Credit card details are required by hotel to secure your booking. Payment will be settled upon arrival/departure directly with the hotel.
4. The special room rate quoted is only valid for reservations made through the Congress Secretariat, International Conference Consultants Ltd. (ICC), on or before 15 October 2008, unless otherwise specified. ICC has an obligation to return all unsold rooms to the hotels after 15 October 2008. Therefore room availability and special rates for reservations made after that date cannot be guaranteed. For reservation at H05-Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay, the reservation deadline is 3 October 2008.
5. The above hotel rates are only valid during the conference period for delegates attending the Congress. All bookings for days outside the conference period will be subject to availability.
6. All changes or cancellations must be made in writing (by fax or email) to ICC. One-night room charge will be charged by the hotel and the reservation will be released automatically if you cancel your booking after 15 October 2008 except:
   
   H05-Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay: one-night room charge if cancellation is received after 3 October 2008
   H01-Grand Hyatt Hong Kong: one-night room charge if cancellation is received after 15 October 2008 and hotel will charge for the entire period of stay booked if cancellation is received after 28 October 2008.
   
   
7. In the event of “No Show”, one-night room charge will be charged and the hotel reservation will be released automatically. For reservation at H01-Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, if in the event of “No Show”, H01-Grand Hyatt Hong Kong will charge for the entire period of stay booked and the reservation will be released automatically.
8. All enquiries, changes or cancellation of room reservations should be addressed to ICC and NOT directly to the hotel.
