The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is located on the magnificent and renowned Victoria Harbour and provides some of the largest multi-purpose built convention and banquet facilities available anywhere in the world.

To comply with the provisions of the newly passed Smoking (Public Health) (Amendment) Ordinance of the HKSAR Government, the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) is a smoke-free building and no smoking will be permitted within any meeting rooms, restaurants and public areas.

Identification Badge
Upon registration, each delegate will receive an identification badge. Delegates must wear their identification badges at all times during the Congress period. For security purposes, admission to the meeting rooms will be limited to those wearing identification badges.

Official Language
The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous interpretation from English to Mandarin, Korean and Japanese will be provided for all General Continuing Education presentations. The Proceedings notes for these sessions will also be translated into the same 3 languages.

Official Letter of Invitation
Letter of invitation is available upon request. The invitation is intended to facilitate participants' travel and visa arrangements and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support, unless otherwise specified by the organiser.

Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the time of registration to delegates who are pre-registered. For onsite registrations, a certificate will be available at the end of the Congress. No certificates will be issued after the Congress.
